Changed default behaviour of marking optional fields to now mark required fields with * as default.

When PDF generation has been disabled and there are no attachments, the heading indicating there should follow a list of attachments has also been hidden. Issue #8296.

- “Save”-button will get a different style than the “Next”-button.
- “Edit”-button gets the same focus style as the editable box, so its easier to see which row is being edited.
- Icon is left adjusted for the text in all icon buttons.
- The margin in the group is changed so that the text uses the entire width, and flows on the same vertical line as the rest of the content of the form.
