Business manager real estate	This authorization gives the business manager for housing cooperatives and condominium associations access to act on behalf of the client and perform all services that require this authorization. These are services that the service provider has deemed natural for a business manager to perform on behalf of their client. Authorization to the business manager occurs when the housing cooperative or condominium association registers the business manager in the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities.
